    4The Repair Process

    If there is any problem with the Tsinglink product you are using, please first contact the Tsinglink technical support engineer or customer service department through email, telephone, remote network support, etc. Our professional service personnel will learn about the product condition and fault performance, and help you make judgment and corresponding solutions. Please cooperate actively; If confirm there is a hardware fault, please send it to the company for repair according to the detailed address provided by the service personnel (the cost of sending it shall be borne by the sender). We will diagnose whether it is free of charge or paid for repair according to the warranty card information and the fault condition. If for paid maintenance, we will follow the maintenance engineer to inform you the standard charges, to begin repair after your confirmation.
