For an ongoing fire, putting out the fire is always the first thing. But what is the cause of the fire? How far is the fire field? How is the road? How many people are trapped in the fire scene? Is it safe at the building level? What are the main burning substances? Are there dangerous chemicals and explosives in the fire scene? Will it bring secondary hazards? These issues directly affect the decision-making of the firefighting commander, and whether the commander's decision is appropriate is directly related to the safety of the firefighters in the scene rescue and the efficiency of fire treatment.
The Intelligent firefighting solution enables visual communication between the fire scene and the command center. The command center can know the situation of the fire, the location of the fire truck, the distance from the fire, the traffic condition, and whether the fire passageway is normal in real time and issue instructions. At the same time, the comprehensive visual supervision of the fire site is realized, and the required devices can be used and disassembled immediately. For places that cannot be reached by personnel, wireless picture transmission can also be carried out through drones.

This solution adopts a five-level structure deployment of user layer, device layer, support layer, data layer, and basic layer. The user layer mainly includes firefighters, fire trucks, command centers, other government functional departments, etc.; the device layer mainly includes individual soldiers, MDVR, command suitcase, drones, handheld microphones, DVs, etc. for collecting field data, commanding and dispatching auxiliary device; the support layer is mainly to meet the needs of user business services such as video surveillance, voice call, user management, device management and other service units; the data layer mainly includes various geographic data, video data, voice data, personnel and vehicle information data, etc. ; The basic layer is the operating system, database software, firewall and anti-virus software required to ensure the normal operation of the above units.

The system consists of a fire emergency portable subsystem, a fire vehicle-mounted subsystem, a fire drone subsystem, a fire command platform, and a network.
Firefighters wear individual terminals to enter the fire scene, which can return the fire and the situation of the case to the command center in real time, and can communicate with other firefighters through the terminal. Fire-fighting vehicles such as climbing trucks and high-spraying vehicles are equipped with professional 5G/4G emergency PTZ camera and 5G/4G HD bullet camera. The operator can adjust the height and angle of the vehicle in real time according to the video image. The command center can understand the surrounding environment of the fire truck, the location of the vehicle, and the distance from the fire site in real time, and can receive dispatch instructions and route instructions from the command center by two-way intercom and group intercom.
The fire command center can deploy and control the periphery of the fire field through 5G/4G command suite, 5G/4G emergency PTZ camera, and wearable terminals to establish a temporary command center. At the same time, for areas where the fire is prosperous, there are hidden dangers of explosion, and people cannot reach, the "fire fighting drone + 5G/4G image transmission terminal" can be equipped to complete the dynamic monitoring of the fire scene.
Firefighters are equipped with intelligent helmets, which will not affect the firefighters' firefighting and rescue operations. After entering the fire scene, the fire scene and the scene of the case can be sent back to the command center in real time, and pictures of the scene can also be uploaded, at the same time, firefighters in the fire scene can have two-way conversations with other personnel through the emergency terminal.
(2) Fire fighting vehicles
After the fire truck is equipped with a 5G/4G PTZ camera, the command center can understand the surrounding environment of the fire truck, the location of the vehicle, and the distance from the fire site in real time, vehicles can receive information such as dispatching instructions and route guidance from the command center through two-way talk and group intercom; fire trucks can have priority when they are on duty. In an emergency, if other vehicles are maliciously jamming or occupying the fire truck, the 5G/4G PTZ camera can capture the license plate of the illegal vehicle as a basis for punishment.
In the process of fire fighting and rescue, the 5G/4G PTZ camera can be raised and lowered with the high-speed water cannon and the climbing car rescue ladder, and the image is transmitted to the command center in real time, helping the operator to accurately find the fire point or the trapped position, and achieve precise and rapid fire rescue.
(3) Fire panorama
After the firefighters arrive at the scene, they need to quickly deploy and control the fire scene, and transmit the fire scene video back to the fire command center in real time, report the scene situation to the command center and receive instructions from the superior. The fire command center can use the 5G/4G wireless image transmission system to understand the road conditions around the fire site, the area of the fire, the igniting materials, and the staffing in real time.
For the periphery of the fire site, 5G/4G PTZ camera or 5G/4G command suitcase can be used to complete the deployment and control, and establish a temporary on-site command center. At the same time, videos of firefighters in the fire site can also be connected to the temporary command center.
If the fire on the scene is too big or there is a hidden danger of explosion, and firefighters cannot reach it, it is urgent to understand the location of the trapped personnel in the fire site, the status of hazardous chemicals, and the degree of threat to valuable materials in real time. It can be equipped with image transmission terminals and fire-fighting drones to monitor the dynamics of the fire scene.
