Receiving alarm and distribution

The command center allocates the regional alarm points to the jurisdiction of different police duty room. The monitor client in the duty room will pop up alarm place and video after receiving alarm call, and the police will communicate with the person that gives the alarm to confirm the property and type, at last distribute to the relevant departments to solve.



Scheduling and command


The command center administers alarm linkage subsystem and emergency scheduling subsystem.

According to the alarm property, type, incident place and nearby emergency car and police, the command center forms an emergency team with functions of video, group call, and person location. The command center gives alarm treatment orders to the emergency team.



Emergency alarm treatment

The emergency team goes to the incident scene to dispose the alarm after receiving the superior orders.

      The command center can see the police position and video in real time and give instructions to the alarm treatment.

Police and citizen integration: Platform supports iCAP/ONVIF/GB28181 protocols, compatible with terminals of multiple manufactures, make use of the civil monitoring in the best possible way, meanwhile, it also can access the superior unit.

Network integration: Make full use of the wired networks and the wireless networks, such as: WIFI, 3G, 4G, etc. Realize the connection between the operator network and the police intranet under the condition of ensuring the safety of network, incorporate the alarm points, policemen, and patrol cars into one system.
